GARY L. GOLFIN

Gary is a Superintendent for VMS Construction. Gary has been with the company since 1992. Gary started in construction as a laborer and worked his way up to project superintendent and has supervised projects ranging in size from a 3,600 s.f. garage to an 80,000 s.f. distribution facility. Gary’s ability to manage and coordinate the day-to-day field operations makes him the ideal candidate to supervise any type of project. He is highly efficient in planning ahead and understanding every detail of the project.

DAVID LEWIS

Dave is a Superintendent for VMS Construction; Dave joined the company in 1997 after having served for eight years as a Superintendent for another moderate sized, Vermont general construction firm. Dave has supervised all types of projects for VMS ranging from multi-family housing to water treatment facilities. Dave has an outstanding ability to communicate and to facilitate the day-to-day operations of the project.

MYRON JOHNSON

Myron is a Superintendent for VMS Construction.  Myron joined VMS in 1994 and has been in the construction industry for over 30 years, starting as a carpenter and advancing to project superintendent. Myron has completed projects ranging from small wood structures to large historic renovations. Myron has a unique ability to inspire his crews to complete projects that are under tight time schedules. He is an effective leader with an attention to details and the ability to communicate with owners, architects and subcontractors.

EDWARD BUTLER

Ed is a Superintendent for VMS Construction. Ed joined VMS in 2011 and brings with him an impressive 32 years in the construction industry.  Ed’s historical restoration expertise made him the perfect superintendent replacement for the 116 State Street Project when the original superintendent fell ill. Ed commands considerable knowledge of construction materials and of approved standard of safety and design as related to structural specifications. His solid history of establishing and maintaining effective relationships with engineering and surveying personnel, contractors and the public is an asset to VMS Construction. Ed has supervised commercial and residential projects ranging from $5K to $3million.

JOHN HENDERSON

John is a Superintendent and joined VMS Construction in 2007.  John brings over 30 years of residential and commercial experience and is highly skilled in the trades of framing, finish carpentry, mill work, drywall,  and painting.  Throughout his career, John has developed an expertise in renovations. Since joining VMS, John has served as a small job Superintendent supervising commercial and residential projects ranging from $10,000 to $500,000.
